The great blizzard of 2009 hit last night, if you can have a blizzard without any wind, that is. We woke up to 10+ inches of snow on the ground, and it came down all day. 6pm data is 18" (this with no wind, so these aren't drifts--just flat areas!) First, we decorated our x-mas tree (bought yesterday to avoid the snow). Then, after some morning playing and shoveling (in vain), Quinn and I spent the afternoon sledding near the metro station. Our old boogieboard makes a great sled!
Three days later, Chip had to clean off the car:
