Olym-Pics: August 23

Well, we got offered free passes to get into the Olympic Green, so we went out in the heat again today! It was hot and cloudless, and bluish sky'd. We also got free 'fast pass' entry into the Coke pavilion. Coke spent something like 1.6 million dollars on the pavilion, and my thoughts are "hey, I got a free Coke" and "That's 15 minutes of my life I'll never get back" and "Drinking a Coke give me the same feeling that I got when the Chinese women's volleyball team defeated the US in 1984?" We went mostly to have Quinn play in the big, musical, choreographed, "Bellagio" style fountain--but they are keeping it off until 8pm tonight, regardless of the fact that it is extremely hot.
